3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided through our website or by phone are approximate and based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted after an in-person walkthrough or upon discovery of conditions not disclosed at the time of the estimate. You will be notified of any material changes before work proceeds.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or suspension of recurring service. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you promptly of any scheduling changes on our end.

5. Your Responsibilities

KH Cleaning LLC is not liable for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, defective surfaces, items left in unsafe locations, or information not disclosed to us. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by KH Cleaning LLC regarding your service request via phone, text message (SMS/MMS), and email, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of communications at any time.
